My dog vomited and is shaking, can't get comfortable. What's wrong?

Dog vomited and now can't seem to get comfortable or stop shaking. Help :(

Vomiting and nausea can be very uncomfortable. If your pet just had one episode of vomiting and you are not concerned about toxin exposure or foreign body ingestion, just monitor for the next few hours. Try and offer small volumes of water to prevent dehydration. If your pet experiences more than 3 episodes of vomiting in a 24 hour period you should take your pet to a veterinarian.
