It sounds like the bone is causing trauma to his GI tract, and it could be stuck. This is a medical emergency, as it is not normal to have bloody diarrhea, and she needs to see a vet immediately. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants. http://www.humanesociety.org/animals/resources/tips/trouble_affording_pet.html?credit=web_id91754962 https://www.redrover.org https://www.carecredit.com Please take her into a vet now.

If there is any way to come up with the money, she needs to go to the vet right away. She could have an intestinal obstruction (which loose stool can get around, but formed stool cannot), damage to the gastrointestinal tract from bone shards, etc. You can ask your vet for a payment plan, or try CareCredit.com, which lets you spread payments over a longer period of time than traditional credit cards. Perhaps family or friends could help? If not, I would take her to your local SPCA or a shelter. She is most likely in a great deal of pain (dogs hide it well) and needs treatment now.
