Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Male | neutered

my dogs eye just got scratched by a cat. he was crying and whimpering at first, kept it closed and it was watering. we tried to look at it but we really couldn't and now he's laying in the dark in bed with me& seems fine, not crying, not pawing at it and he's sleeping.. but still what should i do? should i take him to a emergency vet clinic even though he seems fine or see how it is tomorrow morning....

Cat scratches to the eye can be very traumatic to the cornea. If he is not squinting that is a good sign. However, It doesn't completely rule out a problem. The safest bet is to have him evaluated and have his eye stained as soon as possible.
