True fecal incontinence would be quite rare in a cat, so my guess is that she is having trouble pooping in the right place due to the diarrhea. There are many things that could cause diarrhea like this - Kitty could have intestinal parasites, a food allergy or inflammatory bowel disease, a chronic GI problem like pancreatitis, or a systemic illness like hyperthyroidism. Treatment recommendations will depend on what the underlying problem is, so it's important to get a diagnosis before doing anything else. I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as you are able to - he/she can do a fecal exam to check for parasites, and may also recommend blood work or other testing if needed to help determine the problem.
