Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | spayed | 40 lbs
My cat has recently been showing signs of diarrhoea and incontinence with some hair missing around her anus. She also has weepy eyes however is in good health otherwise. What could it be?

True fecal incontinence would be quite rare in a cat, so my guess is that she is having trouble pooping in the right place due to the diarrhea. There are many things that could cause diarrhea like this - Kitty could have intestinal parasites, a food allergy or inflammatory bowel disease, a chronic GI problem like pancreatitis, or a systemic illness like hyperthyroidism. Treatment recommendations will depend on what the underlying problem is, so it's important to get a diagnosis before doing anything else. I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as you are able to - he/she can do a fecal exam to check for parasites, and may also recommend blood work or other testing if needed to help determine the problem.
