Why isn't my cat eating for days, drinking slowly, and lethargic?

my cat is not eating anything for 6 days. he tries to eat but can't eat he drinks too much water but very slowly. he moves very little. its Nov and nt much cold but he goes out in night. eat only home food. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 1 year and 4 months old

Poor Meow! He sounds like he isn't feeling well at all. He could have an infection, parasite, endocrine/metabolic disease, etc. Since he is trying to eat but can't he may have a problem with his teeth or jaw. He should really be seen by a vet to determine the exact cause. Your vet may need to run lab-work and take x-rays to diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. I am very concerned that he has not been eating for 6 days. Cats can get liver issues if they are not eating. Please call your vet and have him seen as soon as possible.
