What's this rash on my 1-year-old pit bull's belly and inner thigh?

In the meantime, you could try giving Skye a bath with a gentle aloe and oatmeal type of shampoo, just to give her some temporary relief, and hope to wash off any surface allergens that may be irritating her skin. Oh that rash on Mia does look bad. It's time to see a vet. The vet can diagnose what is causing the rash such as allergies, fleas, or mites, and can treat her. I'd take her into a vet in the morning. It sounds like your pit has a allergic dermatitis and he may have licked or scratched the area so badly that a deep pyoderma (skin infection) has now formed. He will definitely need to be seen by your veterinarian for strong medications to stop him from licking/scratching the area and then a short course of antibiotics to clear the infection. You should do it then work with your vet nearing to find out what it is he has an allergy to. It looks like your dog has quite a few lesions! From the photos there appear to be papules and some pustules (filled with fluid or pus). It is quite possible these are related to allergies and he has a secondary bacterial infection of the skin. Other possibilities would be parasitic skin infection such as mites but they usually cause more hair loss and scabs. A vet visit is needed to confirm if this is a skin infection and get appropriate medication (antibiotics) if that is the case.
