My dog has cancer for the 2nd time she is 15 her lump has grown massively in the past month bigger than a tennis ball the vet said there is nothing that can be done for her as another operation would be too dangerous could she be in pain with a lump that big she is still eating and drinking just gone a bit slow and her bowel movements and been a bit erratic no control over it lately

I'm so sorry that Brownie has cancer! Depending on where her lump is, it can cause pain as she places pressure on it. If there is any bleeding or discharge from her lump, that can be painful as well. You can discuss your concerns with your vet, who can prescribe pain medication for Brownie to make her more comfortable. I hope this helps!
