My dog is panting, peeing, restless, and has red eyes. What's wrong?

My 9 month husky/shepherd has been panting, frequently peeing, and totally restless for 48 hours. Her eyes are so red, and every time I look at her I just go kiss her and say "oh my Shadow" because she seems so off it's sad to see her like that. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 9 months and 14 days old | 60 lbs

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear about Shadow. Increasing frequency of urination can be caused by a few things but the most common is a urinary tract infection. With the panting, that could be pain/discomfort or infection, urinary crystals, urinary stones, kidney problems, etc. I would advise taking her to your vet and give them a detailed history. They can perform an exam and then advise you on diagnostics/treatment. A minimum database for this might be blood/urine tests and maybe even x-rays/ultrasound to evaluate the urinary system. Once a diagnosis is made, a sound treatment plan can be implemented. Good luck
