Why is my 1-year-old black lab drooling heavily and so tired?

My black lab has been drooling heavliy the last 2 day. Yesterday she was acting normal today she seems to tired to whant to play. She is only a year old. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 55 lbs

Drooling is often a sign of nausea which you may observe with conditions such as pancreatitis, dietary indiscretion, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion and obstruction, among other possibilities.
