Dog cancer surgery: Can it return with urination or appetite issues?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 1 month old | 53 lbs

Can cancer come back or form in another area in a month from last diagnosis where huge knot was removed causing no urination in 2 days plus no appetite.

It depends on what type of cancer it is. Aggressive tumors or incompletely removed tumors can recur or spread to another area of the body. Each type of cancer tends to go to certain places and have characteristics on how long it takes to spread as some are faster than others. Knowing what type of cancer can better answer your question. If she is unable to urinate, then I would get her seen to make sure she doesn't cause kidney problems from this
