My dog has lumps on her head and around her eye. What should I do?

My dog has developed some lumps on her head and at the corner of her left eye by the tear duct

These can either be cysts, or a couple of different types of eyelid tumors. Eyelid tumors are usually not cancerous, but can grow and cause damage to the eye. Also, the larger they grow, the more difficult they are to remove. For this reason, it's best to have a vet examine Tammy sometime soon, so they can identify the cause of these lumps and provide the best course of treatment.
