My puppy had a vaccine reaction. Should I avoid all future dog shots?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 1 day old | 3 lbs

Vet refused to give my 5 month old Yorkiepoo vaccines due to a previous allergic reaction does this mean I should stay away from vaccines

Hello, sorry to hear about Shooter. You may be able to split vaccines and pre-medicate him with benadryl prior to the vaccinations to reduce the incidence of an allergic reactions. Alternatively, if your veterinarian thinks it is unsafe to vaccinate Shooter, then they may be able to give you an explanation for you to show your local animal control agency.
