Hello and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is difficult to know without seeing the lumps, but I would be concerned that they are enlarged lymph nodes based on your description of the locations of the lumps. There are lymph nodes in the groin, under the jaw (where the back edge of the jaw meets the neck) and on the back part of the knees. When multiple lymph nodes are enlarged, I start to worry about either an widespread infection or a type of cancer called lymphoma. I think the best course of action would be to have Cain Hodge examined by a veterinarian and determine what those lumps are. They may not be lymph nodes and could be something completely different. The vet will most likely recommend a test called a fine needle aspirate. This is where a small needle is inserted into the lumps, cells are drawn out and then the vet looks at them under the microscope. Based on this test, they can usually make a diagnosis and recommend further testing or treatments that need to be done. I hope this helps!
