Ha a puppy 8 weeks old and has like rash around the mouth and eye lids she does not looks like it itches but looks bad a swollen. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Female | 3 months and 16 days old | 5 lbs

A picture would really help. With a puppy and rashes starting along the face, mange would a be top differential that she should be checked for. Ringworm, an allergic reaction or an infection are also possibilities. You can give an over the counter antihistamine such as Benadryl to help then take her to a vet in the morning to a skin sample to determine the cause
