Why is my puppy sick after shots, then fine, now sick again?

Just under 3 month old puppy got shots 2 days ago. First day was vomiting and very lazy, not eating or drinking. 2nd day he was fine. Now today he is vomiting and lazy, not eating or drinking. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 months old | 29 lbs

It sounds as Rocky is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
