Dog throws up yellow foam in morning, no food, what's the reason?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 6 months old

I have a gsd two n a half year old...from last one month after a week or so he vomits in the morning before his breakfast...no food comes out ..the vomiting is of yellow colour and there is a sticky foam ...then full day he remains fine n healthy and eat normally...I give him perinorm after the vomiting...what can be the reason

It is very possible she has an acid reflux problem. However, other underlying illnesses should be ruled out as well, especially early stage kidney disease. I would recommend taking her in to your vet for baseline bloodwork analysis to start. If she checks out fine, then a short trial of antacids can be started to see if this helps reduce or eliminate her vomiting episodes. Feeding her smaller, more frequent meals, can also help if she has an acid reflux problem. Best of luck with Boozo. Take care.
