My dog's diarrhea came back after vet treatment. What should I do?

Hallo my dog has diarrhea and his vet had gave him köln+ 1 day in 7 days he was fine again but he re had diarrhea what should i do. Pet's info: Dog | Alaskan Malamute | Male | 3 months and 23 days old | 36.59 lbs

If they have not tested him for intestinal parasites then that would be the next step. They could also consider another anti-diarrhea medication such as metronidazole.
