My hamster has a fluid-filled lump on his neck. What could it be?

Hi, I have a robovroski hamster around a year old and I've found a lump on the top of his neck and I'm not sure what it is. He hates being held so can't have a proper look at it. It feels like it's filled with fluid.

Since he won't hold still, its hard to say what the lump is. I would guess either a cyst, tumor or an abscess. I would recommend to take him into the veterinarian for an exam and see what they think it is. Abscesses should be treated. The other two, potentially not. This will determine if treatment is an option of not. Best of luck with little Dude!
