Why is my Shih Tzu puppy vomiting and lethargic after a vet visit?

My female shih tzu pup just vomitted. We went to a vet earlier this day then when we came back home she seemed like she had lost her energy and kept sleeping. She wasn't eating either. Then suddenly she vomitted. It was brownish like her food. This day, the food she's eating is a little bit different from before then it was her first time to get a leash wrapped around her neck. What could be the reason of her vomiting? I'm worried. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 3 months old

Did she have a vaccine today? If so it is possible she is having a reaction. Please call or take her back to see if she needs any care for a possible vaccination reaction. Best of luck and I hope she improves soon.
