My cat attacked by dogs, seriously injured. What should I do?

Hello, I would like to know what can be done right now its like real emergency the problem is that my cat was being attacked by some dogs and now in very bad condition. Its real hard to explain so i am posting a few pictures of her. Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female
