My dog is shaking, puking, can't walk, and head is tilted. What's wrong?

At about 5 o clock my dog started shaken and puking she tryed walking and stand but she couldnt she fell she puked and started shaken really bad about 5 times since she shakes when trys walking shes moving a lil better now but her head is tilted her eyes are wierd and she wants to sleep alot she had loss of appetti

Oh my. Poor girl. Her symptoms are highly suspicous of a poisoning or neurological condition. I would highly recommend taking her in to your local ER vet right away for a thorough exam some diagnostics tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, etc) and treatment. I sure hope that your pet is able to recover from this. It is get her medical attention right away since this isn’t something you can help her with at home. Best wishes and take care.
