Why won't my cat use her covered litter box? I have to make her pee!

Question

She knows she should hold herself for urine but the problem is with the covered litter box that has a door she cant pass through. at first so i had to put her in. Does this make her accustomed to it ? Now she doesnt go by hersref at all, i have to take her to pee ! Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 29 days old | 6.6 lbs

Hi and thanks for posting. A lot of cats do not take to the covered litter boxes as well as open non covered boxes. I would take the cover off of it if possible and see if she uses the littler box with the top off. I'd try that first.
