Is there any alternative to the drug Cisapride used for the condition Megacolon as it’s impossible to source in the U.K. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 13 years and 2 months old | 6.4 lbs

Ranitidine and Erythromycin have known intestinal prokinetic effects and will help with increasing gut motility. I prefer Cisapride over all other prokinetic drugs but these other 2 are a good source in the absence of Cisapride.
