My cat hisses when I touch his stomach. Could he have bladder stones?

Sable is not doing good Victoria my sister says that when you touch his stomach he hisses and I think he may have stones

If he is not able to pass urine he might have an obstruction somewhere that could prevent him from urinating. It is an emergency and it is best to have him checked over as soon as possible. The fact he is hissing when you touch his tummy could just indicate abdominal pain so let’s wait before thinking about necessary surgeries and hope it is something easier to resolve. Please don’t delay !
