My puppy's one eye is red, but the other isn't. Should I worry?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If only one eye is red she may have a scratch or infection in that eye. I recommend taking her to a vet for an exam. They will likely need to stain the eye to look for a scratch which can be difficult to see with the naked eye alone. They can then prescribe the correct medication to relieve the redness.
