Why is my cat lethargic, has a dry nose, eating less, and losing weight?

My cat has been acting funny. His nose is dry. He has been very lazy. Only gets up to eat a little and use the litter box. His poop is normal though. And he has lost a little bit of weight. I'm just worried because his nose is dry and he's not been acting like himself.

It does not sound normal indeed, he could be suffering from an infection causing a fever, you should take him to your vet in order to get it checked and treated, he might need a course of antibiotics.
