I have a 9 yr old cat that is vomiting some of her food. some is still not digested. three days now, 6 months ago she did the same. as a result I ha d nblood work done and all was good. I changed her food. and now were back to square one. I took her to vet but they have no idea.

Some causes for intermittent vomiting in a cat her age include a food allergy, IBD, issues with her liver/gallbladder or even intestinal cancer. With those conditions the normal blood tests can all be normal. She may need an ultrasound of her belly to see exactly what is causing her vomiting.
