Comforting an old stray cat with diarrhea, lethargy, and swelling?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 18 lbs

She's an older female stray who is very large especially in her lower abdomen on RT side. She's licked all her fur off in that area she's lethargic eats only pate diarrhea often can't jump up over a fence. She's hot all the time I have no money for a vet. How to make her comfortable at the end

There is no medicine you can safely use over the counter for cats. All you can do is encourage her to keep eating and maybe make her an outside shelter to help keep her warm and safe. You can try to add a feline probiotic to the food to help with diarrhea and try to add a GI or intestinal health formula food to help with the diarrhea also.
