My dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and straining. When to see vet?

My dog has been sick for two or three days, puked a huge amount of grass and food three days ago, OK yesterday, diarrhea this morning now straining not pooping. When do I take her to vet? Pet's info: Dog | Blue Heeler | Female | spayed | 4 years and 9 months old | 42 lbs

Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. For this reason, I recommend that you have Zaffer evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings.
