My dog is sick, won't eat or drink, vomiting, and has diarrhea. What's wrong?

Hi, my bitch won’t eat or drink, almost refuses to move, has been sick twice with the water we have forced down her throat and had diarrhoea the night before last. Her eyes are very red and bloodshot with a cloudy blue outline and they’re halfway between open and closed. Any ideas? Has she got a bug? Eaten something dodgy? Thanks. It sounds as Josie is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
