Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 10 days old | 7 lbs

Hi, my husband and me recently buy a puppy girl German Shepherd. But she started to feel sick Tuesday and she didn’t want to eat and had diarrea, we buy a dewormer and that same day she turned normal, but yesterday she started pooping and vomiting the worms. And doesn’t want to eat or drink water. Every time I give her water she throws it up.

Vomiting up water can be a sign of a foreign body obstruction. I would highly recommend taking Aquila to your vet for health exam and testing to make sure she isn't terribly ill and need of further medical treatment. Another possibility is that she ate something she shouldn't have and has a severely upset stomach and intestines, which can respond to a short course of antibiotics, anti-nausea medication and probiotics prescribed by your vet. I hope that Aquila gets well soon. Taking her in to the vet within the next 12-24 hrs is the next best step towards her care. Best wishes and take care.
