My dog is 6months old and is vomiting frequently plus he has diarrhoea too, doctors gave him injections and gave liquids through drips but asked us to not give him anything to eat or drink, now it has been 2 days since he had something and he's too weak to even get up on his own.

Poor Mac! This sounds very serious and I would recommend immediately taking Mac to an emergency veterinary clinic tonight for more treatment. There are many issues that could be going on here, so the emergency clinic may want to run to bloodwork, take x-rays, and put an intravascular catheter in his arm and start some IV fluids. Unfortunately, this is not an issue that you can safely treat at home.
