My 5-week-old kitten has gas and bloody stool. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 3 days old | 5 lbs

My kitten is about 5 weeks old and is on a diet of kitten nibble an soft food and he does drink water. There are no other animals or people around him, he has bad gas and bloody stool.

He could have an intestinal parasite so you should take a stool sample to a vet for testing. Your vet can prescribe medications depending on the results. You could also add probiotic to his diet, like Fortiflora or Proviable.
