Why is my dog licking his testicles? They look wounded and green.

My dog has suddenly been licking his testicles a lot lately and it has cause a couple of small wounds and some of them seem to green and others black , I’m just looking for some advice as I’m a bit worried

Poor guy. He is not neutered so there is an increased chance of a testicular infection or dermatitis of the testicular sack. He really needs to see a vet for this. The vet will need to do a proper exam of the area, skin testing and vitals check. There is likely an infection since you are seeing wounds and green discharge, so antibiotics will likely be prescribed by your vet. I hope he gets this resolved soon. Having him neutered in the near future may be able to help prevent further issues with Toby’s testicles. Best wishes at the vet. Take care.
