My found kitten is throwing up, not eating, and only sleeping.

I found a kitten outside and took him in but he's not eating foreal and not playful only thing he does is sleep he looks at least 3-5 pounds and he's been throwing up

How lovely of you to take in this little kitten, but he sounds very ill at the moment. It's very concerning that he's not eating and he's been throwing up. I think he needs a vet visit right away, he can easily become dehydrated from this vomiting. He needs medication to stop the vomiting, probably IV fluids for hydration, and any other treatment the vet deems necessarily . Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
