Why is my puppy vomiting after his vaccine but acting normal?

I have a beagle. Age : 3mnths. Yesterday he went through corona vaccine. Today he is vomating but he is eating the entire food as well as his reactions and behavior are fine (the way it was there earlier). I tried looking for his body temperature but its at 101 approx. Please let me know what is the reason of several vomatings.. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male

Sometimes vaccinations can make dogs feel a bit nauseous, even the stress of going in can make them sick. I would with old his food for 12 hours. If he has not settled by then or starts to look very ill take him to the vet.
