What can I feed my dog who refuses food after vomiting and vet visit?

Your vet recommended I take my Sophie to the vet. She spent a day and night at the vet and had blood work (normal) and a barium swallow (normal). She can not access any other dog foods as both my dogs are crated to eat. She gets no treats and I was using some of the kibble as "treats". Until this last episode of vomiting she accepted this but now SHE REFUSES ALL OF HER DRY FOOD AND BARELY EATS THE CANNED!!! I need something I can feed her...PLEASE

Boilded chicken and rice or lunch meat turkey is very lean and easy on the stomach to digest. You can also try low fat yogurt or baby food if you need to place some in her mouth to get her interested. You may try pedialyte or gatorade or chicken broth to get her to drink to make sure she does not get dehydrated.
