My puppy is gagging, coughing, and can't walk. What's wrong?

I have a pit bull and she is only 8 weeks, but i have only had her for 3 weeks. Tonight when she was asleep, she made like a weird gagging/coughing noise bout 5 times so I picked her up and brought her to puppy pad in case she needed restroom, and she could not walk. I am getting her shots tomorrow but can u tell me whats wrong?? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 26 days old | 6 lbs

It depends if it was gagging or coughing, if it was coughing it's probably kennel cough (upper respiratory infection), if it was gagging it's more likely to be a gastrointestinal issue. the vet will check her tomorrow and will let you know.
