My cat has a small bump on the bridge of her nose. She doesn't act like it bothers her but when I touch it she pulls away from me. She is 14.

Just keep on eye on it. Seabiscuit may have gotten bitten by an insect or have a small injury. This should heal in a week or two. If it's getting bigger or becomes painful then a veterinary exam is recommended. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Seabiscuit.
