My 4-week-old puppy has soft poop and isn't eating. Is it diarrhea?

I'm concerned about my puppy, She is 4weeks old and i adopted her 3days before. I've no idea about Diarrhea in dogs but her poop has soften like a cream and she doesn't eat much. Is it a symptoms of diarrhea?

Without examining her and knowing what she is eating, it is hard to know the cause of her problem. The soft stool could be from a parasite, infection, or her diet. Since she is so young, it would be a good idea to have your vet examine her to determine if there is a problem. Your vet can test a stool sample for parasites and then prescribe medications, if needed.
