Any time there is blood in the vomit or stool it is recommend to see a vet. As a kitten, he may have eaten something that is upsetting his stomach or it may be an infection or related to his food if there were changes. There is nothing safe for cats to take over the counter to help, so getting him seen will provide him the best care.
