My dog has a red lump with a scab. Is it an injury or something worse?

Good morning, I found this lump on my 1 yo toy poodle. It's red with a scab. Should I be concerned please?

Thank you for providing a picture of Phoebe's lump! It looks like she could have injured herself, and the scab is evidence that it is healing. I would leave it alone for now, but keep an eye on it. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and she will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it. I hope this helps!

    A photo would be very valuable in determining what this might be. So if you could upload a sharp photo of the lesion and show where exactly on the body it is we can likely help you better. Please ask again adding photos.
