My kittens butthole is red and aggravated my sister in-law didn't clean it correctly for two days it hurts him to poop and it's brownish red. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 27 days old | 1lb

I would wash it gently with a mild soap and rinse very well. If you have any a and d ointment or other diaper rash cream available then a very small amount of that applied and rubbed in well is appropriate.
