My cat has a worsening lip skin infection. What should I do about it?

My cat is suffering from some skin infection which is affecting her upper lips inner side and day by day it's aggravatING please guide

It is a bit difficult to tell in these pictures, but these might be rodent ulcers (otherwise known as eosinophilic plaques or granulomas). If this is the case, they are usually somewhat difficult to treat and can take a while to resolve. Usually they require steroids to control the inflammation and a systemic antibiotic at the beginning of the course of therapy. You will need to visit with your veterinarian in order to obtain the necessary therapeutics for Roxy. Repeat treatments can sometimes be required, so do not be discouraged if the first go-round does not completely get rid of everything. Hope this makes sense.
