Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 18 lbs
Portifoy is about five years old. He has had blood and blood clots in his stool for some time, and recently had blood in his urine. He was diagnosed with colitis and bladder worms. However, after multiple deworming and a special prescription diet, it's all still the same and now he won't eat. What could be wrong?

Poor guy. This sounds a bit more than just a bladder worm (very rare) and simple colitis. He could have a bleeding disorder (coagulopathy). I would recommend taking him back to the vet asap for a recheck and testing to see if he has a blood clotting abnormality (PT/PTT/ACT test and baseline bloodwork). He also may need radiographs to get a complete picture of his overall health status. When a cat decides to refuse food it is usually a serious illness that needs immediate medical attention in order to have any chance of turning things around. I hope that you get to the bottom of Portifoy's illness soon. Best wishes and take care.
