My dog has very big lumps on the side of his neck right behind his jaw should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 20 lbs

I would suggest a vet visit for Andie. He could have an abscess, enlarged lymph node, tumor, cyst or swollen salivary gland. But there is no way to know without an exam.
