Why is my dog still vomiting chronically after being treated?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 9 years and 3 months old | 30 lbs

My dog Bruno, he treated for food poison last month. He vomited for 10 days. We treated him with those two drugs since the last month. Again he is vomiting last 4 days. Now it became chronic. His blood report came out this way

Poor Bruno! It sounds like he needs some more testing to determine the cause and treat. Your vet could run a fecal panel and do x-rays and/or an ultrasound to look for causes. If he just had an upset stomach from eating something bad then he should be better by now so it would be a good idea for your vet to run some additional testing. He could have an infection, parasite, obstruction, congenital abnormality, etc. If the vomiting continues and your vet can't find a diagnosis then he/she might need to do an exploratory surgery to evaluate his stomach and intestines and get biopsies, if needed. Hope he feels better soon!
