My dog is sick, vomiting, not eating, and bit me. What can I do?

Hello good noon , i would like to ask something . My dog named zia is sick right now like vommiting and diarrhea i can tell that she really looks very sick. She can't even sleep well , she never eat and drink water. But how can i care about her ?she don't want me to touch her , She don't want i talk to her. One time im trying to help her but she bite me so im scare to touch her now. I really wanna help her but i can't do anything cause she don't want me to do something for her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 1 year and 11 months old

It sounds as Zia is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
