What's the right daily calorie amount for my 12-14 lb indoor cat?

Question on calories and amount to feed..I read online from a cat site and from a well known behavioist that a cat needs to eat 3 times a day and get 20 calories per pound of body weight. My cats are all indoors and at 12-14 lbs only get around 100 calories a day n very little dry. Misty was 11 lbs when i rescued her as a barn cat and 3 months later is 14. How many calories /carbs should i be feeding? Thank you. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | 4 years and 6 months old | 15 lbs
