What are the best training treats for my new 8-week-old puppy?

Going to be bringing home my 8 week old female German Shepherd Dog in 8 days. Was wondering the best treat for them for traning purposes I went out and got some small milk ones. Was wondering if there's a certain or better kind to help out with the training! Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 16 days old | 11 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Any treat that excited your particular dog is the one you want to use. Just use SMALL pieces of treats, so break up the milk bones to even smaller chunks. You can use cooked chicken or low sodium turkey hot dogs as well. Everything should be in moderation as to not cause your puppy to gain too much weight during training. Good luck!
